Products and Accessories Included

  • The warranty applies only to the main product.
  • Accessories supplied (charger, cables, etc.) are not covered.
  • Components considered fragile (e.g. screens, detachable keyboards, etc.) are not covered in the event of breakage or misuse.

Warranty Process

  • Any returned product must be examined by a technician before any decision to replace or refund.
  • Any intervention by a third party or attempted external repair voids the warranty.

We recommend that you use your devices with caution to avoid any damage not covered by the warranty.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If an item does not suit you, you can return it within 3 days of receipt.
